Beer And Wine Revenue Act, 1933
   Passed on 22 March 1933 the Beer Act repealed the Volstead Act of 1919 and confirmed the end of prohibition under the Twenty-First Amendment to the Constitution. It permitted the manufacture and sale of alcohol, as well as raising revenue by taxing alcoholic beverages.
